This weekend title is about high costs and new bureaucratic hurdles that are causing a big decrease on the German housing market. The story is written by my colleagues Heike Anger and Silke Kersting, which are covering the ministry of construction from Berlin. The cover is designed by Thomas Kuhlenbeck, known for his works on the covers "Bullish Love" and "Early Exit".
